First thing to do before stepping out is that always remember to apply the sunscreen! And try to avoid the sun when it's rays are very strong. Also, Using the right SPF is very important to protect yourself from aging. So, never skip the sunscreen & also re-apply the sunscreen after every 2-3 hours, especially if you're swimming or sweating. Wearing fully covered / protective cloth are also a very important to prevent aging. Remember to always wear the sunglasses. 

 


2. DON'T SMOKE / QUIT SMOKING

Smoking makes skin to look older and it causes wrinkles. It is also unhealthy for your health and smoking decreases the blood flow and makes it pale or pale-white. It also consumes the skin oxygen and the important nutrients of the skin. Also, smoking increases the risk of cancer. We suggest you to quit your smoke today. 3. EAT HEALTHY 

Eating healthy and Having a healthy diet is very important. A healthy diet can help you to make feel good , look good and stay healthy. Eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, whole grains , beans and lentils. And drinking plenty water helps you to stay hydrated.


4. MANAGE YOUR STRESS

Controlling your stress is also a good way to protect yourself from wrinkles and keep a healthy state of ind. Uncontrolled stress or Not managing your stress causes more sensitive and acne breakout skin's. There's many ways to Manage stress.

  •  Get enough sleep.
  • Eat well & limit your alcohol.
  • Do not rely on alcohol, drugs and so on things to manage stress.
  • Drugs & Alcohols can cause you even more stress to your body.
  • Use less social media's.
  • Don't read or listen to the negative things.
  • Practice deep breathing.
